Upstairs is the master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, its own kitchenette and balcony. Outside is a magnificent landscaped tropical
garden.

Amenities include a large fridge with ice making facilities, a huge washing machine, television and hi-fi. There are fans in all the rooms and three bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.

The patio, through the lounge, and the balcony, from the master bedroom, offer spectacular views over the sparkling Caribbean Sea and across to St Martins, the neighbouring island.

You will be staying within two minutes walk of the glorious, unparalleled white sandy beaches of Rendezvous Bay: among the most exclusive beaches in the world, where the royal, rich and famous come to relax and unwind, away from the crowds.

A 50% deposit is due at reservation with final payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit is refundable if cancellation is received more than 45 days prior to arrival on Anguilla, less $100. If cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival, you may reschedule for a future reservation.

Rates are quoted in US Dollars per night unless otherwise specified. All rates include government tax and service charge.
